Details on How to Service the Heat Exchanger on Hounsfield Boilers
To service the Heat Exchanger, simply remove the 2 access doors retained with wing nuts and stainless steel washers. Remove the stainless steel condenser baffles and then the primary heat exchanger baffles. Use the flue brush to clean the condenser tubes, debris will then fall into the primary heat exchanger.
In the step by step video you can see all areas of the heat exchanger are accessible for cleaning. To service the burner, watch our video How to Service the Bentone BF1 burner.
